A. Description of End User Circuits
Nuspire’s End User Circuit offerings are listed in the table below. For
the purposes of this Schedule of Services, "SDSL
Services" generally refers to all SDSL services listed below and includes:
SDSL (192. 384, 768, 1.1, and 1.5S.) Although Maximum Throughput numbers are
listed, they are considered "up to" or indicators of the highest
bandwidth available. Nuspire does not guarantee any
minimum bandwidth.

The prices for End User premise equipment (i.e., "DSL modems") are prices to Customer
for End User premise equipment provided and set up at
the End User's location. Prices listed are one-time. Nuspire reserves the right
to discontinue any model of End User premise equipment, provided that
Nuspire offers at least one model of End User premise equipment to Customer at
a price that is generally available to other Nuspire Customers.
Additional IP addresses
Note: The use of the IP addresses must be explained. 60% of the IP addresses must be in use within two weeks from the successful installation of the DSL services and 90% have to be in use within 45 days. We reserve the right to revoke unused IP addresses.

Dial-on-Demand / Dedicated Services
ISDN, which stands for Integrated Services Digital Network,
is a system of digital phone connections which has been available for over a
decade. With ISDN, voice and data are carried by bearer channels (B channels)
occupying a bandwidth of 64 Kbps (bits per second) 2 Channels achieve 128Kbps .

services include: remotely hosted mail bagging service, Pop3 access, Web based
access, web based administration for the addition deletion and editing of user
accounts.

Service facilities the per dealer unique E-mail domain. i.e. user@dealername.dealer.comw
Access
to e-mail from any Web browser, anywhere, independent of platform. Web messaging effectively
closes the gap between desktop and Web-based e-mail and provides users with these great features: Familiar
mail client functions like address book, multiple attachments, multiple
mail folders, and message searching. Multiple mailboxes for message sorting
by date, subject, and sender, as well as "sent", "draft", and "deleted"
mailboxes. Self-administration allows users to modify their own mail
delivery rules, auto-responders, directory information, and vacation messages

Administrators can add

uses the latest technology to block unsolicited mail
and prevents your system from being used as a relay by junk mailed.
